Personality:Cut in a state of mind in which a he becomes angry or have "beast like" personality.Cut is a very talkative person. He could almost always be found with his friends at various spots in the village with a story to tell, some true and some fabricated (though, to his credit, he usually lets his listeners know when which is which). He is a good time loving-person who is very affable. He treats his friends like family and has no problem stepping in on their behalf or lending a helping hand. Whenver he is able to, he tends to have treats from his family's pastry shop for his friends. Despite his good nature, he has a meanstreak, especially when pushed or feels someone crosses the line. Whenever he is directly engaged with an enemy, he tries his best to get under his/her/their skin, constantly talking trash to enrage him/her/them into making a mistake that he could exploit. Kekkei Genkai: This clan's Kekkei Genkai revolves around the hip-hop culture. There main focus is speilize in sound ninjutsu. Clan members can cast their sound ninjutsu through various of ways such as vocal cords,djing, or making beats off of surfaces or their own body. They can cast their jutsu by their vocal cords by either saying rap lryics or either beat boxing.Their vocal cords are so strong that they can repel weapons thrown at them by screaming. They can scream lunching sonic boom attacks. The sonic booms can be projected at an opponent or either to defend them self.They can use beat boxing to throw their voice outward to attack an opponent.Beside The sonic booms the clan can forming chakra into sound waves, the user unleashes a debilitating roar against her enemies which vibrates the ear drums painfully, capable of causing temporary hearing loss and even bleeding from the ear canal. This skill is unable to affect those who do not have auditory senses in their anatomy, though it /can/ affect the deaf. Repeated exposure may cause permanent reduction in hearing. Similar to the shinobi Sai the clan members can bring their Graffiti art work alive.Any letters or drawings on a surface or paper made by the clan member will come to life to attack their opponent or defend them self.The Graffiti being paint can have toxic affects , how ever are immune to the toxins made by the Graffiti paint.For the jutsu that do require hand signs, the clan do not use traditional hand sign instead their hand seals are called stacking they appear to be throwing up gangs signs .Hands signs are required for their Graffiti art work to come to life.Their Graffiti art work cam reach life size when they come to life if not larger. Clan History: The Ballad Clan is a rather unique group of individuals that have dedicated themselves into persevering Hip Hop. Basing their Clan off the four main elements of Hip Hop itself DJ’in, Breakin’, Graffiti, and MC (Master of Ceremonies) other elements include Beat-boxing, Hip Hop Fashion, and Hip Hop Slang. The Ballad Clan began to incorporate these elements of Hip Hop into there every day life as a ninja, coming up with new modern style sound techniques to be used in combat.

When hip hop music began to emerge, it was based around DJs who created rhythmic beats by looping breaks (small portions of songs emphasizing a percussive pattern) on turntables. This was later accompanied by "rapping" (a rhythmic style of chanting). An original form of dancing, and particular styles of dress, arose among followers of this new music. These elements experienced considerable refinement and development over the course of the history of the culture. The relationship between graffiti and hip hop culture arises from the appearance of new and increasingly elaborate and pervasive forms of the practice in areas where other elements of hip hop were evolving as art forms, with a heavy overlap between those who wrote and those who practiced other elements of the culture. Beat-boxing is a mainly percussive vocal form in which various technical effects of hip hop DJs are imitated.

A Clan of a new generation finally came into play into the world once they took root in sound country. After gain the faith of the Otokage the new founded clan become a wild know phenomenon that would have slowly faded away from time if it wasn’t for its members.

DJing- Turntablism refers to the extended boundaries and techniques of normal DJing innovated by hip hop. This is the history of turntablism, a term most often used for contemporary DJs. The passages on their old school hip hop predecessors only focus on the relevant artistic contributions. Turntablism as a modern art form and musical practice has its roots within hip hop and hip hop culture. It stems from one of the culture's "four pillars". Traditionally, the DJ will use two turntables simultaneously. These are connected to a DJ mixer, an amplifier, speakers, and various other pieces of electronic music equipment. The DJ will then perform various tricks between the two albums currently in rotation using the above listed methods. The result is a unique sound created by the seemingly combined sound of two separate songs into one song. A DJ should not be confused with a producer of a music track (though there is considerable overlap between the two roles) imitated.

Breakin'- A dynamic style of dance which developed as part of the hip hop culture. Though of not of original contents that follow the Hip Hop Culture. The Ballad Clan adopted Capoeira as a soul provider to their Breakin' element.

Graffiti- Graffiti the name for images or lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property. Graffiti is sometimes regarded as a form of art and other times regarded as unsightly damage or unwanted. The relationship between graffiti and hip hop culture arises both from early graffiti artists practicing other aspects of hip hop, and its being practiced in areas where other elements of hip hop were evolving as art forms. Graffiti is recognized as a visual expression of rap music, just as break dancing is viewed as a physical expression.

MC- A Master or Mistress of Ceremonies or MC (emcee), sometimes called a compère or an MJ for "microphone jockey,". As hip hop progressed, the title MC has been thought to mean a number of acronyms such as Microphone Controller, Microphone Commander, Mic Checka, Music Commentator, and one who Moves the Crowd. Some use this word interchangeably with the term rapper, while for others the term denotes a conception and demonstration of the role indicative of skill and of connection to the wider culture, while the latter term does not. A Master of Ceremonies uses rhyming verses, to usually introduce or praise the DJ who they are working with, they hype up the crowd, to pay homage to his own stature, or to comment on society. Though most of the time the MC would rap using an acronym phrase such as "Rhythmic American Poetry", "Rhythm and Poetry", "Rhythmically Applied Poetry", or "Rhythmically Associated Poetry", to describe quick and slangy speech to repartee long predates of musical form. MC can be referred to as rapping that delivered over a beat or without accompaniment.

Beatboxing-A form of vocal percussion which primarily involves the art of producing drum beats, rhythm, and musical sounds using one's mouth, lips, tongue, voice, and more. It may also involve singing, vocal imitation of turntablism, the simulation of horns, strings, and other musical instruments. Beatboxing is connected with hip hop culture although it is not limited to hip hop music.

Cut has gained a strong and enduring body with high chakra reserves and immense stamina by constantly pushing his own limits, allowing him to recover from extreme exhaustion in an alarmingly short period of time and utilize the style known as Strong Fist to its full potential. In addition, his intense training has given him such tremendous speed that his movements can seem like he's disappearing to unfocused eyes, and strength capable of easily ploughing a full-grown man through a solid, stone wall with a single hand; both of which without the aid of chakra-enhancement.Cut intense training allows him to move huge distances in the blink of an eye as if by teleportation using his shushin mastery. Likewise he was able to evade attacks from extremely fast.He also greatly increased his speed at making hand seals, being able to do many in a blur and launch an enormous amount of weapons just as quickly.His physical improvements are so great that the hokage even suspected that he had been given drugs to improve his physical capabilities.

Cut's Kenjutsu
He is shown using his blade in every one of his later fights, using it in either a normal or reverse grip. capable of channeling his fire chakra through his blade increasing it's cutting power and giving it a burning powe. He can ability to manipulate lightning-based chakra.he was able to to emit fire from all over his body as a shield that burns those it comes into contact with. He can also channel the fire charka through his new katana through "Chakra Flow", giving the blade extreme cutting power and allowing it to burn anyone it cuts.
Flaws/Weaknesses: Cut have no talent for genjutsu. He can not preform any Genjutsu technique. Though he can break out of the genjutsu effect. Ninjas his can rank can easily cast him under it.

Cut has a very short temper and is easily angered. When he is upset he go on violent rages. Cut also goes on rages when he drinks. When dose drinks the achol makes him have flash backs oif painful memories causing him to loose self control.

To hone his skills of taijutu the young Ballad sacrificed the training of all elements he had in order to train and hone his body. Giving up his elemental ninjutsu his man focus had became taijutus and Kenjutsu.

Name: Gitou no Kanetsu Saishuu
Ceremonial Heat-Gathering Sword
Appearance: This weapon, in shape and design, greatly resembles a Chinese Broadsword. It is nearly four feet long overall, and is perfectly balanced for optimum striking power and speed. Although it is in perfect condition, and functions often as a relic or ceremonial item, it is designed to withstand the test of time and the force of many blows. The Sanada are excellent craftsmen, and this weapon is one of their finest creations. The blade has been tempered over a dozen times, and is extremely dense and resilient. It's great weight would be an obstacle for most shinobi, but the strength of the Kajikage would easily be able to control it without difficulty. The blade is long and curved, to fascilitate sweeping slashes, and has an edge only on one side. The sword is made from a volcanic ore that's said to possess supernatural properties, and it appears like silver with bits of orange sand throughout. The sword is designed for one-handed use, and the handle is wrapped in special cloth to make it comfortable, durable, and chakra-conductive. The guard features a dragon and a phoenix, chasing after each other, and the polished blade is engraved with a simple inscription
"To our lord Kajikage, may our country be a reflection of your power, and may our spirit be a fire in your heart."

Special Abilities: The sword, first of all, is incredibly durable. Several of the world's finest weapon-smiths came together in its creation, and their techniques are practically flawless. No weapon that they have ever come across would be stronger than their sword, although it's possible that some legendary weapon of grandiose proportions might be able to overcome it. Secondly, The sword is built for combat, and is perfectly balanced and designed to be fast and powerful all at once.
But the greatest power of the blade comes in its metaphysical properties. This weapon has the ability to absorb heat, either from a direct source or from the air itself. To do so, the weilder must focus his chakra into the handle, and meditate for a few seconds. The sword will begin to pull in ambient heat, raising in temperature and radiating heat as it does, but creating a distinct chill in the area. As it gathers heat, the blade will begin to glow orange, first near the pommel and lastly at the tip. No one has calculated the highest temperature possible, but it has obviously reached heights that would prove extremely hazardous in any lesser ninja's hands. This heat can be released as a wave of fire, known as the "Kyousei Hinote Aranami," or Great Raging Fire Wave. This fire, at its apex, is so hot that it can peel the flesh from your bones, so fierce that it can consume an entire forest in its path, or so massive that it can slay a whole troop in a single strike.
Furthermore, should the need arise, the sword can be used to draw strength from the citizens nearby. Any shinobi who is within sight of the sword, and who has the chakra to spare, can relenquish a large portion of their energy to the blade, which can then be drawn upon by the weilder, or used by the blade to form the Kyousei Aranami.
Any other uses of the sword's chakra and heat drawing capabilities are based on the user's skill and jutsu knowledge.
The final ability of the sword is based on secret, ancient techniques of the Sanada, which they hold very dear. The sword, although it does not have a distinct personality or spirit, does appear to have a will of its own, in the same way that Kisame's Samehada does. The sword can only be weilded at any time by one person, and the only way another person can successfully control it is if they first defeat the current weilder. Any other persons touching the handle will feel a distinct rise in temperature, and after about three seconds they will receive severe burns to their entire hand.

RP Sample: Kane bit down of his cigar, finding it highly annoying that his companions should insult him to such a degree. He was growing very tired of such comments as he was only doing good in delivering on souls to the afterlife, but everybody seemed to have a problem with his attitude about it. This was immensely annoying and he came to the decision that he would deal with it no further than this point.

He turned to Amaia as his eye marks trickled out and began to flare out, his annoyance being evident on his face, even his vice of smoking could not contain them at the present time. "You do things your way dear, I do things my way. Besides, I don't talk what I can't do."

"As for you Master," Kane turned, marks still highly evident since he felt no need to hide his rage from Z, who would infer it anyhow. They'd been together long enough to tell that much. ", I have given my respects to the dead by delivering his soul to the afterlife and saying his last rights when I extracted his skull. I have no further need to respond to his death, and if I did I would be dancing for joy, not mourning. That body needs to be disposed of, it has no value without a soul in it."

Kane reached onto the deck of the boat, snapping off a length of chain only half a foot long with his hands, which even for Kane was feat impossible to perform were he not enraged enough to pacify his chakra, which enabled him to snap it in the first place. He reached over and placed the chain around the Genin's neck like a necklace, a gift of some sort, which he hoped was interpreted as he intended. He had no desire to kill the Genin, just his annoying master. Well, not right now at least. "If you want my trust then you'll have to remove the taint of the Leaf from your body completely. For now, that is impossible, and you are to pierce this link yourselves since i'm in no mood to do it for you. As for the information I inquired about, I want to know about the man, not the clan, I know everything there is to know about Konoha clans. But you know nothing about me, it's part of the reason I hate Konoha so very very much, especially overpopulated and overrated clans such as Uchiha, Hyuuga, Senju, Aburame, Yamanaka, Nara, Akimichi, and the whole host of clans you can name."

Kane's marks receded as he thought about Ryne becoming an ANBU, maybe he'd be worth his time after all these years. He always hoped he'd grow up and make something of himself, but he was still a virgin of death and pain. He awaited seeing him again, so that he could finish the job he started so many years ago. He had to die, that's all there was to it, so that when Kane himself died, he would have company in paradise. To die before that goal was completed will be undesirable, so he strove to make it happen as soon as possible. Twisted loyalty of sorts. "I know all about Ryne, I know his abilities, I know his family, I know where he lives, I know everything there is to know about for my former rival. That was simply a test question, to ensure you were speaking the truth."

Kane tilted back to look at Z and Amaia. "If either of you two are coming with, I recommend getting ready, polishing off your weapons, and choosing an identity to take. I killed the Senju, and i'll be using him as my identity, but as for you two, I have no idea. I suppose Z could come in via travelling jutsu, but you, Amaia, may have to accompany under a civillian guise or perhaps an Akatsuki with differing appearance. We can say Renji and Orito captured an Akatsuki and want to bring him to Konoha. Unless you have other thoughts on the matter Master?" Kane said, gesturing for some input from Zakuza.

"When you've all got your plan sorted out, let me know, I have some fine tuning to work on, and I have jutsu to perfect. Well, that's a lie, I really just ran out of cigars and I'm going back down to get some. Have fun on deck." Kane lied, he had three more packs of cigar on his person, but he felt no more need to stay up on deck and be bothered with petty things. Z would make sure the chain was in place, that's all he needed done.
