Name: Ceremonial Blade of the Black Dragon-God

Appearance: A weapon of beauty and grace, this blade was created by the Seikouki Head, Kariya Seikouki, himself. It has a 440 stainless steel blade, made from refined metals from Kasai's own volcano, just like all Seikouki blades but this was has been tri-layered, making it was sturdy and sharp as an blade twice its size, but it does loss the sheer speed of a usual Seikouki blade. It is 39-1/4 inches long overall, with a 26-1/8 in. The blade has been sharpened to pinpoint accuracy, making it sharp enouh to cut through other refined metals, anything less potent than steel will be cut through like a knofe through butter with his magnificant blade. It is also beautifully embroiled, with gems and jewels placed on the sheath and handle, placed as grips to help in battle.
It's crossguard is decorated accordingly, with the same silvery steel that the blade is created with. The sword also houses an engraved dragon, mid-blade, it's a traditional black Shenlong (Dragon-god) just like the powerful black dragon it represents. With the black dragon is also a black jewel that could only be seen if one looks very closely. This is the Jagan, the very jewel for which the sword in named. For the Jagan holds the dreaded Kokuryuu (Black Dragon), a black dragon from the depths of hell said to be endowed with the power to control the flames of hell. Around this legendary jewel the words of the Seikouki Head, engraved in the dragon. "For this sword is the possession of the Kajikage, of Kasaigakure, and all the village's people. If a Ash Ninja holds this blade in there hand, Kasaigakure is alive but if a Kajikage hold this blade in their hand, Kasaigakure will be prosperious."

Special Abilities: The Blade use Hypnosis ansgt away one who looks at it or the weilder to create illusions. With this being Genjutsu you can be reelased or dispel the effects with a simple Kai. The another to dispel the effect of the blade is to cause self inflicted pain drawing blood.This is not just a poke to the skin The target must dig into their flesh creating a pretty deep wound to reactive their nerves allowing them to dispel the swords effect. The Sword has many hypnosis abilities.Once the first sword affect is activate this illusion by looking at the sword or him,all the user will do is make a sinlge one hand sign, and he will lull the opponent into the illusion. This illusion is often well hidden due to the fact that it doesn't really target an opponent into stopping them, but powers Cut up by tricking the opponent in to believing whatever Cut is able to do. At his level, Cut is unable to trick the opponent in his physical movements, but he is able to make illusions of summonings and Jutsu that he couldn't normally do in real life. He would be able to summon a lion that's poisonous, he would be able to create and control slime, and many other variants of Ninjutsu and Kuchiyose. This is able to be released by the normal method, but Cut will be able to utilize his prowess in illusion to keep the opponent from figuring it all out. It second ability with a pretty basic idea, though actually utilized on the enemy in a believable manner.Cut can either make an single hand seal required, or use his method of releasing illusions, and at that, a puff of smoke will envelope Jiro, and nothing will have appeared to have happened. In reality, Jiro had placed a coupled illusion of making himself invisible to the enemy, while he makes a Bunshin fortified with illusion-esc Chakra to deal a feeling blow. The Bunshin looks exactly like Cut, and anything it does will seem real, but none of it is. Cut will sneak onto the enemy blindspot, and deal a blow to there to end the illusion and give the opponent real damage. The Bunshin will not take any hits, as it is an illusion, and when hit, will be broken, so it can jump around dodging anything, while Cut learns the attack pattern of the opponent and will be able to dodge in real life.The third ability is the most dangerous. This is one of swords's field setter Illusion , he does this by casting a single as if he's going to perform an Earth Technique or a Summoning Technique. Once he has made the signs, and puts his sword against any surface, a big flash of light will appear out of the slap, along with a short-thundering noise. When the light fades, or the next time the opponent opens their eyes, they will find themselves in an illusionary world created by Cut. The world looks only like a 2D white plane with what looks like indigo and black fire on the horizon and in the sky. In here, Cut will seem much more powerful than he really is, able to cast Jutsu quickly and with a lot of power. While in this world, firey tendrils of heat will spout out from the black planes and attempt to burn the opponent by entrapping them and so forth. The heat and pain experienced in this illusion is real. The user must either self inflicted pain or them , or be fully engulfed in the black flames for about 5 seconds in that searing pain in order to escape this technique.Note for the two other abilites the blade can be in it's sheath to take effect.
Draw Backs: This effect is easily seen through with the Byakugan and the shirgan. With it being genjutsu the traget can easily dispel with a simple kai or by self inflicted pain.
Origin: Cut had this blade created for him the day he left Kohona. It was gift from the women he once loved for him to keep him safe from harm.She knew his life would be exposed to danger and made it as afarewell gift for him.
