Personality: Kiyomi is a rather introverted person. She doesn’t like sharing her feelings with others or expressing herself too much. Her main characteristics are her witty nature and her calm, collective manner. At first glance she seems like an innocent enough young girl, but they could soon find out that she is quite the opposite. She can be quite sarcastic, and is annoyed easily if someone is purposefully using a humorous personality. This is especially so when she is already in a foul mood and when dealing with people she isn’t familiar with. However, in battle she proves to be quite a complex opponent. She can think quickly and usually concentrates solely on her opponent(s) and the battle at hand. She cannot easily be swayed away from a battle once it has already begun, and she can become a bit persistent. Even so, she knows her levels and has enough common sense to know when to withdraw from a battle. Like any other kid, she likes to hang out with her friends and have a good time. She has a group of close friends, and her family is a rather normal family, although both of her parents are shinobi. She looks up to her brother even though they often fight like most siblings do. She gets along well enough with other villagers in Kiri, although she doesn’t normally engage in conversation with strangers. If they look suspicious, she will obviously question them; she’s brave enough to do that much, but she isn’t usually the kind of girl to stand out in the streets. She also likes that it basically washes away the outside world and sort of lets it start anew the next day.

Name: Reizā Sākasu | Laser Circus Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: The user creates several bright beams and shoots them at the enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from the user's hands as this technique is activated. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of missiles to a great amount to pin down an enemy.
Name: Raiunkōha | Thunder Cloud Inner Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around the user, creating an offensive and defensive ward. The user can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at their enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing any enemies from getting close.
Name: Hageshii Arashi | Intense Storm Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: The user of this technique can alter the moisture in the area to brew up a storm of varying intensity. Rain and dark storm clouds appear in the sky of the area, as well as a drop in temperature. The amount, intensity, and speed of the rain all depend on the amount of chakra being put into the jutsu. Thunder and lightning are products of this jutsu, although it does take a decent fifteen minutes to brew up the storm, and the length of time the storm will last is dependent on the surrounding area and the user themselves. If enough chakra is put in, it could last up to 12 hours after being started, even if the user has stopped pouring chakra into it.
Name: Ōgi: Rankiryū | Secret Technique: Demon Dragon Storm Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: Using the Ranton element, one can produce a massive thunder cloud that can absorb chakra from nearby sources to grow in size, strength and the chakra it receives will increase. One can channel this absorbed energy into the earth, meaning it will lead to a bigger technique. By using different seals while active, one skilled in fūinjutsu can summon multiple red pillars of chakra in the area and/or mass-absorb multiple jutsu using storing scrolls.

He needs to be no more than a few meters away from his opponent, but as long as he is close enough he can direct it toward the opponent, shooting the beam at them. The beam does not strike the opponent, but instead circles around the opponent and binds itself around him or her so that it ends up appearing to be a rope of light tied around the opponent. It binds the opponent with strength much tougher than a simple rope.
Name: Raiukomakai no Jutsu | Small Thunderstorm Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: The user forms a dark gray cloud the size of an average human being in front of himself or around the opponent. The user will then move it toward the opponent if the cloud is not upon them already. Once it comes in contact with the opponent, the electricity stored within the cloud will shock the opponent. Bolts of electricity will shoot out at the opponent.
Name: Thunder Clap Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: The user creates a massive clap of thunder overhead that is designed to intimidate the opponent or at least make them frightened enough to force an opening (i.e. jumping at the sound). An alternate use of the jutsu is to mask the sound of something else moving, which may be useful for stealth etc. When used by one who has mastered this jutsu, it can cause a temporary deafening of those near the user. Clan History: The clan originated in Amegakure, but it migrated to Kirigakure when it was destroyed during the past 50 years. Clan members are found in all four major shinobi villages now, though most are located in Kiri. She is also extremely flexible and has some serious speed. She has worn extremely heavy weights on her hands and her feet since she was six-years-old and has trained using them every day since, so her speed is incredible if she takes them off. She increased the iron weights' total weight every year, and it had given her a huge advantage over many. That's the only kind of taijutsu training she really utilized to her advantage. She can run as fast as 100 miles in one second with all of her weights taken off, and she is still considered very fast even with the weights on. Flaws/Weaknesses: She is afraid of killing people, so no matter her orders are, she’ll usually show pity and mercy in nearly any kind of battle. It just shows how naïve and innocent she is as such a young child. This can give her opponent a huge advantage over her merciful ways. Kiyomi is also not much of a people person, and she doesn’t communicate well. She is also resilient to what others of the same rank will order her to do. She dislikes bossy people, and she considers anyone who tells her what to do as bossy, and thus, she doesn’t listen to her teammates very well. She is also very independent and introverted, so she doesn’t like to rely on others to help her, a huge weakness when in the shinobi world. She cannot use genjutsu and cannot break free from genjutsu. The only way she'd be able to break free is if the user is taken out or if her teammates give her their chakra.

Chakra Enhanced Strength This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this technique to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she healed injured ninja. The training for this technique is quite arduous, as Tsunade repeatedly came at Sakura with full power to help her learn. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes. Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: C Type: Bunshinjutsu Element: Water Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as they can’t travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Name: Iwa Nadare | Rock Avalanche Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: Using this technique, the user can cause a rockslide by sending a wave of electric energy into a cliff. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Name: Suiton: Haran Banshō | Water Release: Stormy Blockade Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Name: Suiton: Mizu no Hoippu | Water Release: Whip of Water Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: After a short string of handseals, the user will create a long whip of water emitting from his hand, he will then grab the water, and use his chakra to control it, his hand must always stay in contact with the whip. The whip can easily be manipulated and edged and pointed when needed giving it possible slicing and piercing damage.
Name: Suiton: Kokuu no Jutsu | Water Release: Black Rain Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
Name: Suirō no Jutsu | Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or through an alternative method. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Name: Violent Water Wave Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases.
Name: Syrup Capture Field Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Name: Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. Skilled users such as can utilize this technique without a nearby water source.
Name: Grudge Rain Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu, Collaboration Jutsu Element: Water Description: This technique requires a various amount of users. The users create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away.
Name: Raiton: Kaminari Waia- Shokku | Lightning Release: Lightning Wire Shock Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: This is a technique where the user conducts an electrical shock through a wire reaching to their target. Though this could be done at a lower rank, only this class of difficulty allows the user to create enough effect for a harmful electrical current. Depending on the amount of chakra sent through the wire, the shock and pain can intensify or be minimal.

Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu | Temporary Body Paralysis Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. The higher a ranking gap between the user and target will determine how effective it will be. I.e if e Genin uses it on an S-rank ninja then it won't work at all.
Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu | Summoning Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Description: A Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals across long distances instantly. One method involves just hand signs and blood. With this, before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood, and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. In the anime, it was shown that if a user attempts to summon an animal without first signing a contract, the user will be teleported to the home of the animal they have a natural affinity for. An alternate form of summoning is to just use a scroll without any hand-signs. In this case hand signs are not necessary, with chakra not even being necessary sometimes. By using this method, one can summon creatures with whom one does not have a contract with. When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village. Summoning can serve as a base for other jutsu.
Name: Kage no Suterusu | Shadow Stealth Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Description: If the user’s body is covered in shadows their skin will begin to blend into the environment, becoming a human camouflage and concealing their position. It doesn't take much chakra and is perfect for reconnaissance missions and information gathering.
Name: Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: D Type: Bunshinjutsu Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.
Name: Chakra Threads Type: Ninjutsu Description: Chakra Threads is a technique that is usually used by puppet users to allow them to control their puppets in battle. Interestingly, as well as pulling objects towards them with the strings, the user can also "push" objects away from them as well, and even get moving objects like buzzsaws. Chakra can also be transfered via the strings, such as to activate some abilities in puppets. These means that the chakra strings can also be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things. This technique is limited to one string per finger for normal humans.
Name: Manipulating Attack Blades Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Description: This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air with their chakra, and direct them to an opponent. Using this technique, the user can unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each one was thrown individually.
Name: Manipulated Shuriken Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
All Academy Level Jutsu, E-Rank Jutsu, and Basic Skills Jutsu History:Birth ArcKiyomi Tsuakimazen was born on what started out as a cloudy and gloomy day for most of Kiri. However, the Tsuakimazen clan in Kiri was all anxiously awaiting the birth of the next Saito member. The parents, Izayoi and Han Tsuakimazen were both well-known and well-liked among the entire village and among their clan. Kiyomi’s mother Izayoi was a jōnin sensei in Kiri, and Han was an ANBU operative (quite successful, too). The storm brewing outside of the birthing home was slowly becoming increasingly fierce and intense. Kiyomi was born at the stroke of ten in the evening, and she was born as healthy as could be. The storms (in the Tsuakimazen clan) meant that this newborn girl would grow to be a powerful and dedicated kunoichi. Childhood & Academy ArcKiyomi was raised as any other Tsuakimazen, and became quite skilled in ninja technique before entering the academy. Her older brother by only two years, Sora Tsuakimazen, began to teach her things from the academy when she requested him to. He also helped the elders of the clan to train her in the ways of Ranton, their clan’s kekkei genkai. Although she still had yet to attend the academy, Kiyomi caught on quickly (although she did not just yet master the Storm Release). Even the elders were quite impressed, and often let her train whenever she liked, hoping to hone her skills to prove to be a great Ranton user. Overall, Kiyomi had quite a happy childhood, surrounded by childhood friends and her family. Kiyomi attended the academy at age nine and was trained just like at her home. She would come home and continue to train, like her brother always had, and it produced good results. She became quite talented in both Ranton and her basic ninja skills during her time at the academy. Kiyomi graduated Kiri’s Ninja Academy at age eleven, and was proud to say that she had graduated top of her class. She teased her brother relentlessly about how they were both now genin (he being thirteen at the time) and that she would surely become a chūnin before he did.
