Yoruichi Shihōin is a dark-skinned woman with golden-colored eyes and long purple hair, which she keeps up in a ponytail. Her standard attire consists of a backless, black sleeveless undershirt, an orange over-shirt with two white straps on each shoulder, a large beige sash around her waist, black stretch pants and long beige wrist warmers, secured by bands, and long beige leg warmers with brown light shoes, allowing for stealth and easy use of Shunpo. She previously wore a beige neck warmer, which she pulled up to cover her face in order to hide her identity, but seems to have forgone its use.


Personality: Yoruichi is intelligent and witty. She is very casual and easy going and enjoys having fun most of the time, though she is not a prankster. She just like enjoying life because she realizes that it won't last forever. She is not much of a fighter, though she is very powerful. She will never underestimate anyone, though if she is underestimated she will generally just try to drop the situation and move on to something else. either that or just leave. Although relatively calm and mature when a situation calls for it, Yoruichi is quite laid-back and playful, often teasing or flirting with those younger than her. She really likes the friends she has along with the village she is in and will do most anything to protect them. Yoruichi is a very loyal individual, she did her time as a lower ranked ninja and has gone through many, many missions and has seen pretty much everything. She is hard to impress and pretty much cannot be surprised, but she is good at acting like she is. Yoruichi is a friendly woman and tries not to come off as intimidating to the little kids, she enjoys training them in Taijutsu and watching them grow and succeed to be powerful ninja. Overall Shihoin Yoruichi is a good soul but knows her enemies.

Description: a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[1]. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.

If used by an advanced Shihoin member, the speed of this attack can be compared to that of the Flying Thunder God Technique.

The swift release I'm not sure about, as from what i remember it was banned on the previous site, though i don't see it banned on this one. I'm not gonna touch that part but i will look over everything else, and Ian will have to say whether swift release is a go or not.

Now. As for the other stuff:

-Cant start as S rank

-I don't believe anymore direct signups to Akatsuki are allowed. You gotta join Akatsuki through RP

-You might need Weaponry Skill to use Anken..if not, they have to be dropped to D rank i believe

-Anti-Hero Armor, I am not sure at all about. You may need Weaponry for that as well. And they just seem to over the top with their amount of perfect defense and offense.

-Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance. I don't think you'd be able to pull this off, as the cannon person how used it had all 5 elements. It's unknown whether or not another element had to do with summoning the petals, but simply wind wouldn't be able to summon them. But if no one else has problems with it then go for it

-Beast Tearing Palm, that is A rank. Also, remove the part where it says it can cut through any material

-Beast Tearing Violent Wind Palm, That is S rank.

-Wind Release: Stream, Make that C rank.

-Wind Release: Vacuum Wave. That's A rank.

-Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere. Thats S rank.

-One Thousand Crushing Strikes. A thousand strikes in a couple seconds is beyond to fast. That's just my opinion, someone else should check it out.

okay i took care of the jutsu you said, removing the ones that were s-rank because i already have my 3 s-rank jutsu. but for the vacuum sphere, i made that A-rank because there is a vacuum great sphere and i would figure that the advanced version of the technique would not be on the same level.
